At Nationwide Auto Service Centre, we love a good 4x4 upgrade — and this Ford Raptor came in ready for a serious breathing upgrade. The owner wanted to prepare their Raptor for off-road touring and creek crossings, so our team recommended the Safari ARMAX Snorkel — a perfect match for both performance and protection.

2. Fender Preparation
Once the layout was confirmed, we cut the guard cleanly and prepped the edges to prevent corrosion. The inner guard was also removed to allow clean routing of the intake plumbing.

3. Snorkel Fitment and Sealing
The snorkel body was aligned, bolted in place, and sealed using high-quality silicone to ensure an airtight and watertight connection from the snorkel to the airbox. Every clamp and joint was double-checked for proper sealing.

4. Finishing Touches
After reinstalling the panels and cleaning the area, we tested the system for leaks and proper airflow. The result — a rugged, performance-ready Raptor that can now handle deep water crossings and heavy dust trails with confidence.
